PostShiba is the stack Bento runs on. Clusters, verified domains, inboxes, and webhooks. Same primitives we use to ship a product.
Give agents email inboxes
Issue a hosted inbox or point MX at inbound.your-domain. Agents send and receive. Plus-addressing keeps a thread on the address.
Send transactional emails to your customers
Receipts, password resets, shipping updates. SMTP on 587 from a verified domain. Delivery events come back as signed JSON.
Send and receive email on behalf of your customers
For ESPs, newsletters, and support desks. Each customer is a tenant with their own domains and inboxes. You stay the platform.
